Our 2025 grapes have been grown on the Southern border of England and Wales in near perfect weather conditions, resulting in an exceptional vintage. These are being made into a still red Pinot Noir wine and a Sparkling White wine which we are very excited about as the grapes were beautifully mature, disease free and with perfect sugar/acid balance. The Pinot Noir red wine will be available from Summer 2026 and the white sparkling wine from Summer 2027.

In the UK, there are good years and bad years to grow Pinot Noir but there are also exceptional years such as 2025 when weather conditions have been near perfect.
